I had a delightful stay here for two nights, enjoying how clean the room was and the helpful staff at check-in who guided me through the area's highlights, including the stunning Cape Hatteras Lighthouse just over 2 km away, making for an easy walk to a landmark that captivates everyone visiting the Outer Banks.

The cottage was charming, with a lovely

design and all the kitchen essentials we needed for our stay. It was clean and comfy for our family, but the shared spaces could be more private at times.

The convenience of parking next to our room made it easy to come and go as we pleased, and the remote location offered a peaceful retreat.

It was just a great match for a holiday in Buxton with reasonable value. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the three-bedroom house which was perfect for our family. Make sure to bring extra towels and trash bags.

Is it hype or the real deal?

The one-bedroom cottage was clean and had a comfy kitchenette, perfect for two! Plus, its location was a dream—close to restaurants and just minutes from the beach! !

We faced a frustrating laundry hassle as the dryer didn’t heat up at all. Additionally, noise from adjoining units made it hard to fully relax.

Ant problem in bathroom tub!!! Noise from adjoining rooms can ruin your peace!!! Inadequate trash disposal system surprised guests!!! Parking situation could use more space for larger vehicles!!!

We had a fantastic stay in the spacious three-bedroom duplex! The teens loved the large living area and the quick trips to nearby beach access points. Well-decorated and clean, it felt like our home away from home during vacation.

My kids wished for more towels to accommodate our group of seven.

The duplex was beautifully decorated, with clean, comfortable beds and ample storage space, making it perfect for family stay. The large bathtubs were a bonus for relaxation after a day enjoying the beach. While the location was conveniently close to shops and restaurants, it still felt secluded. Unfortunately, maintenance issues like a non-working dryer impacted our convenience, as we had to air-dry our laundry outside, and the shower could have used more water pressure. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.

The beach house had a charming aesthetic. Comfortable beds made it easy to relax after long days. However, I faced a few issues. The towels provided didn't meet our needs for eight people. I ended up buying extra towels and washcloths. Toilet paper supply was minimal, leaving us scrambling. Cleaning before checkout felt like an extra chore, especially when the cleaners expected a tip. Many lights weren’t functioning properly, and some bulbs were missing. We even had to buy trash bags despite having paid for our stay. The drive was long to arrive at an inconvenient scenario.

The stay was overall pleasant, however, I did encounter some noise issues from the neighbors. The room was quite spacious, and the shower was a nice feature. I appreciated the location, which was midway between Avon and Hatteras, making it convenient to explore local attractions.

The staff provided efficient check-in assistance, and my room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The comfortable bedding allowed for a restful night's sleep, and the overall ambiance was inviting for business travelers.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, and there were occasional noise disturbances from neighboring units.

Cute cottage, clean and well-stocked kitchen, but no dryer in the unit.

The location was absolutely amazing, just steps from the beach! 🏖️ The cottage was clean and cozy, perfect for our family getaway. Only downside was the need for more towels for our group. Overall, a great stay!
